Copying Folders

To copy one or more folders:

  1. In Navigation View, click the folder you want to copy. Hold down the CTRL key and click to select multiple folders or use the SHIFT key to select a range of folders.

  2. On the Edit menu, click Copy.

  3. Click the destination folder.

  4. On the Edit menu, click Paste.

You can only copy folders of the same type. For example, you cannot copy Internals folders into Externals folders.

 Copy and Paste toolbar buttons:

  1. Select the folder(s) you want to copy.

  2. Click the Copy button:

  1. Click the destination folder.

  2. Click the Paste button:

Right-click:

  1. Right-click the folder(s) you want to copy.

  2. Click Copy.

  3. Right-click the destination folder.

  4. Click Paste.
