You can create tables in a document, external or memo, or import a document or memo containing tables and work with them in NVivo. In the same way that you would code any other source content, you can also select and code the text or images in a table.
Click in the required location.
On the Format menu, click Insert.
Click Text Table.
The Insert Text Table dialog box is displayed.
Select the required number of rows and columns.
Click OK.
Click in the row below the one you want to add.
On the Format menu, click Insert.
ClickRow.
Click in the column to the right of the one you want to add.
On the Format menu, click Insert.
ClickColumn.
Click and drag the column border to the required width.
You will not be able to indent the full table at once. To indent the table, drag the left border on the first column.
Click in the table.
On the Format menu, click Delete.
Click Text Table.
Click in the row.
On the Format menu, click Delete.
ClickRows.
Click in the column.
On the Format menu, click Delete.
ClickColumns.
Click and drag to select the required table text.
You can click and drag to select all the text in a specific row but not in a specific column. |

Click in the table.
On the Format menu, click Convert.
Click Text Table to Text.
The table is converted to tab-separated text.
