Changing Fonts and Colors

You can apply a font style to text in:

You can choose from the set of fonts available in your system. Refer to Applying Styles to Text for information about using styles to apply fonts, colors and so on.

To change the font of selected text:

  1. In Detail View, select the text you want to format.

  2. On the Format menu, click Font.

The Font dialog box is displayed.

  1. In the Font list, click the required font.

  2. In the Font Style list, click the required format.

  3. In the Size list, click the required point size.

  1. In the Effects panel, check the boxes to apply Underline and/or Strikeout formatting to the font.

  2. In the Color drop-down list, click the required color for the font.

  3. In the Script drop-down list, select the required international script type.

You can preview your selections in the Sample box.

Choose a font from the Edit toolbar
